Bow Hunting South Africa-An Amazing Experience

If you are feeling tired and fed up with your routine life, South Africa is a place where you can spend some quality time. The beautiful landscapes of the country make you feel like heaven. Tourists enjoy the games of South Africa a lot. One of such games is called Bowhunting South Africa. People hunt the animals using bows. While you are hunting with the bow, it is important to hunt in those areas where rifle hunting is not allowed because animals tend to be more relaxed in those areas. There are three types of bows that are typically used for the hunting purpose which are compound, re-curve and long bow. Majority people prefer compound bow because it is much easier to hunt with it. So if you have interest in bow hunting you should book your safari well in advance so that they can make necessary arrangements. Some people like bow hunting safari because its duration is longer than rifle safari and also because hunting with the bow is far more interesting.

The word South Africa Big Five basically refers to five powerful and wild animals; lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros and buffalo. The term Big five was first introduced by the hunters who considered catching any one of these animals a huge prize. Today the trends have changed and tourists refer to them for the purpose of sightseeing and not hunting. These big five are not very difficult to spot. Where ever you go in South Africa, you will see these Big Five.

You can also choose the tourist destinations of your liking depending upon your budget. Kruger National Park is one place which is preferred by most of the tourists due to wonderful accommodation and ample opportunity to see all kinds of animals. Serengeti National Park is another destination which is a tourist delight. It is constructed on plains where you can see lots of animals. It is not a very safe place for tourists as lions, leopards and elephants live all around that area but if you are an expert hunter then you can definitely enjoy the company of these wild creatures.

Many people do not get an opportunity to see these wild creatures with their own eyes. So everybody who has money and can afford a trip to South Africa should buy the ticket without further ado and get a chance to see the big five.
